Our claims team are currently seeking a Motor Claims Handler to support claimants through the claims process, whilst offering guidance on appropriate repair options and advising on relevant liabilities. Motor Claims Handlers will assess claims under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate resolution, whilst adhering to company procedures, insured liabilities and customer sensitivities.

Motor Claims Handler duties:

• Provide accurate claims guidance across a variety of products.
• Understanding customer requirements and working alongside them, to ensure they are thoroughly dealt with.
• Resolve claims across various platforms, telephone, fax, email and online.
• Maintain company service levels and provide friendly and professional services.
• Support the Sales Team by providing accurate and timely information.
• Create reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries when requested.
• Arrange vehicle assessments.
• Other reasonable duties as required.
