We are looking for a Technical Claims Advisor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will combine technical accuracy with outstanding customer care, guiding customers smoothly through the claims process while ensuring fair and timely outcomes. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a high standard of service while working within regulatory and company guidelines.
Technical Claims Advisor Responsibilities:

Provide clear, accurate claims guidance across a range of products within your authority level

Manage and resolve claims via phone, email, and online platforms

Gather and review all necessary information and documentation to progress claims efficiently

Understand individual customer needs and ensure each case is handled professionally and empathetically

Maintain service levels and consistently achieve set KPIs

Ensure claims are settled fairly and in line with industry and company standards

Handle claim-related complaints in accordance with established procedures

Manage all administrative aspects of claims from start to finish
