Salary: £28,000-£32,000 DOE + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Handling new motor claims from first notification through to settlement.

• Gathering detailed information from clients to assess liability and progress each case.

• Recording and managing claims using a bespoke claims management system.

• Managing your own caseload while supporting colleagues when required.

• Providing guidance and support to junior team members.

• Communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors and referrers to ensure smooth file progression.

• Maintaining an organised diary system to keep cases moving efficiently.
