The Role
As a Motor Claims Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring motor claims are handled efficiently from start to finish. Working closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, you’ll help keep claims progressing smoothly while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
This is a varied and fast-paced position that would suit somebody who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working within a busy insurance environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and updating motor claims throughout their lifecycle
- Accurately maintaining claims records and documentation
- Liaising with insurers, solicitors, repairers, and other external partners
- Chasing updates and ensuring claims are progressing as expected
- Resolving issues and delays to keep cases moving forward
- Providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Producing reports and supporting claims performance monitoring
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
- Supporting the wider claims team with administrative tasks and reporting

You’ll have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset
Working Hours
Week 1
- Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Week 2
- Monday-Friday: 12:00pm-8:00pm
Additional Requirements
- 2 Saturdays per month (9:00am-5:00pm when working Week 1 rotation)
- Bank holidays on a rotational basis, with additional leave provided
