The Role: FNOL Motor Claims Handler
As an FNOL Motor Claims Handler, you will play a key role in managing First Notification of Loss (FNOL) claims, supporting customers and brokers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient claims experience from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of FNOL claims, handling incoming calls and ensuring cases are progressed efficiently.
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service, ensuring customers receive the support and guidance they need throughout the claims process.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, providing support and guidance to team members where required, including those undergoing training.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the wider claims strategy, helping the business achieve its objectives and maintain high service standards.
- Work as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and contributing to overall business success.
