We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a network of repair contractors across the North, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a role for someone who isn’t afraid to challenge poor performance, build strong relationships, and take responsibility for the successful delivery of repairs from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing contractor performance across your region
• Carrying out site inspections and quality audits
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget
• Building relationships with contractors and key stakeholders
• Resolving issues before they impact customers
• Driving service improvements and maintaining high standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing contractors within construction, repairs or property services
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Full UK Driving Licence
