MPJ Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly expanding business that is continuing to grow its Motor Claims division. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company at a pivotal stage, following the recent opening of a second North West office and ambitious growth plans through 2026.
Overview
As a Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of motor claims handlers. You will ensure claims are managed efficiently and in line with company policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Claims Team Leader Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of motor claims handlers to deliver outstanding customer service

Work closely with key stakeholders to implement, develop, and continuously improve processes

Set, monitor, and achieve team objectives using SLAs and KPIs

Conduct regular 1-to-1s, team training sessions, and performance management reviews

Support the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting new team members

Achieve individual performance targets and KPIs
