The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of motor and personal injury claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering a high standard of service to policyholders, brokers, and third parties.
This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, takes ownership of their caseload, and wants to work in a business that values quality over volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of motor / PI claims through to final settlement
- Effectively prioritise and control your own caseload
- Act as a key point of contact for policyholders and brokers
- Identify, investigate, and refer potential fraud or underwriting concerns
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Ensure full compliance with FCA and internal regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes
About You
- Minimum 4 years’ experience handling motor claims (PI exposure preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident using claims systems and working in a regulated environment
- CII Certificate (or willing to work towards – fully supported)
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths
