Data Administrator (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Bradford
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Data Administrator to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data management skills to make an immediate impact within a busy and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, processing information, and ensuring the integrity of data across multiple systems. This role offers the potential for the contract to be extended or even become a permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems
- Perform data validation checks and resolve discrepancies
- Generate reports and support data analysis activities
- Manage and organise electronic records and documentation
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as required
About You
- Previous experience in a data administration, data entry, or administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work
