🔍 The Role
You’ll handle third-party motor claims from first notification through to settlement, taking ownership of liability decisions and driving claims forward with pace and accuracy.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of third-party motor claims end-to-end
- Investigating liability and making informed decisions
- Handling third-party damage and injury claims
- Negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcome
- Communicating with claimants, insurers, and legal representatives
- Ensuring claims are handled efficiently, compliantly, and with great service

- Experience in motor claims (third-party experience highly desirable)
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to assess liability confidently
