🔍 The Role
You’ll manage a portfolio of recovery claims from start to finish, identifying opportunities to maximise recoveries while keeping customers informed every step of the way.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload of recovery claims efficiently and proactively
- Identifying and pursuing recovery opportunities to maximise outcomes
- Liaising with insurers, third parties, and solicitors
- Negotiating settlements and progressing claims to resolution
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout
