Insurance Sales Executive
Salary – £28,000 + Bonus (OTE – £34K)
Hours – Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm (Hybrid working)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and controlling the full renewal process for your clients
- Gathering information from clients and prospects using excellent communication skills
- Growing your book of business by identifying, chasing, and securing new business opportunities
- Discussing renewal terms with customers and exploring alternative options
- Negotiating with brokers to secure competitive terms that align with client objectives
- Visiting clients to build strong, trusted relationships
- Handling account queries, credit control matters, and escalating issues where needed
- Spotting new‑business opportunities and using sound judgement to recommend them
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within Insurance (B2C preferred)
- Working towards or holding CII qualifications (Cert CII / Dip CII)
- Educated to A‑Level standard or equivalent
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance
- Knowledge of the client market, London Market, Lloyd’s, and wider industry
- High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
- Excellent client service focus – putting the customer first
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work proactively
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Eligibility to work in the UK
