The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently from instruction through to settlement, with a strong focus on client care and successful outcomes.
Your caseload will primarily consist of RTA claims, including both portal and non-portal work.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury claims from start to conclusion

Progress Fast Track cases efficiently and in line with SLAs

Handle claims through the MOJ and OIC portals (Stages 1-3), as well as non-portal matters

Manage RTA and Personal injury claims

Deliver a high level of client service throughout the lifecycle of each case

Maintain accurate records and work across multiple systems
About You
-
Qualified Solicitor (3 to 5 years PQE) with a background in claimant personal injury

Strong understanding of the MOJ portal and claims process

Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive, client-focused approach
