Tom began his career in banking before spending five years as an underwriter, giving him a strong understanding of risk, customer outcomes and the realities of working in regulated insurance and financial services environments.
Since moving into recruitment in 2021, he has built a strong track record of delivering a consultative, high-service approach, taking the time to understand each brief properly and matching clients and candidates with long-term fit in mind.
Outside of work, Tom is a keen football fan and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
