Clinical Negligence Department:

This position offers an opportunity to be part of one of the UK's leading Clinical Negligence departments, renowned for handling a wide spectrum of clinical negligence cases, including those resulting in high severity injuries. With a team over 200 strong, the department boasts a national reputation for excellence and dedication, supported by professionals recognized with accreditations from APIL, AvMA, and the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel.

Role Expectations:

  • Open to newly qualified solicitors up to Grade A Solicitors/Chartered Legal Executives or those with comparable experience
  • Applicants should have experience managing Clinical Negligence cases through all stages, including trial
