I’ve been reading Ant Middletons ‘The Wall’ book recently which is about smashing self-doubt and becoming the true you, worth a read!

I do enjoy a good podcast too listening to Joe Rogan, Lex Fridman or Stephen Bartlett.

Thinking survival, I would choose a knife, an umbrella and a desalination item that allows me to filter sea water!

I wouldn’t say I’ve got a ‘worst job’ looking back but if I had to choose one that I wouldn’t go back into it would be working in a butchers when I was 13-14 years old. It was my first ever job to earn some pocket money, but it involved cleaning fridges, bloody tables, removing animal remains, washing dishes and flat packing boxes mainly!
