An established multi-disciplined firm within the construction and design industry is seeking a talented Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their dynamic team. This is a prime opportunity for those who are passionate about advancing in the field of architecture and eager to contribute to high-quality projects.
- Utilise your AutoCAD/Revit skills across a variety of projects, delivering comprehensive Planning, Building Warrant, Tender, and Construction drawing packages.
- Participate in progress and technical meetings, conduct detailed measure surveys, and oversee construction at site locations.
- Enhance your professional development with access to accredited training programs that can lead to Chartered Architectural Technologist, MCIAT status.
- Work collaboratively with senior staff across diversified sectors, upholding exceptional standards of technical quality and service delivery.
- Become a paragon of customer service, engaging effectively with all stakeholders including Statutory Authorities, and embodying a strong commitment to team collaboration.
What We Need From You:
- A zealous approach to innovation, excellence, and maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Planning and Building Warrants, Technical Standards, and at least 2 years of relevant project experience after qualification.
- Superior communication skills, a high degree of IT literacy, and the ability to perform meticulously under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, coupled with a proven track record of professional integrity and leadership aptitude.
- A capacity to work effectively both in team settings and autonomously.
