Role Overview:

As a Loss Adjuster, you will:

• Utilise your technical expertise to proactively investigate commercial property claims and ensure compliance with client requirements and service standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and strive for excellence in service delivery on behalf of the company.

You will need:

• Broad knowledge and strong commercial expertise in handling property related claims.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• High IT competency and literacy.
• Personal and professional integrity, with the ability to lead by example.
• Team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• A flexible approach to work demands.
• DIP CILA qualification or the willingness to pursue it.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
