Our client, a leading company who specialise in Debt Recovery across the UK, are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join their team based in Dingwall. You’ll manage your own workload, whilst using your excellent written and verbal communication skills by responding to written appeals and providing advice to customers regarding the appeals process.
Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- You’ll be responding to written appeals for private parking charge notices
- Analysing case by case data and collating responses
- Providing advice via the customer service phone line on how to appeal when needed
- Prioritising tasks and managing a busy workload
- Performing to KPI’s
- You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
Customer Service Administrator Requirements:
- Customer service/administration experience
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and an ability to manage your own workload
- Problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and accurately
- Sound IT skills – using Outlook, Excel, and Word
