MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading insurance business based in the Bolton area, who are looking to expand their roster and potential. Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or previous experience in handling cradle to grave claims.

In regard to our client, they are a renowned insurance/claims company who are specialists within motor, property and commercial claims

Motor Claims Handler Job duties:

• Handle pre-litigated Motor Claims
• Manage a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
• Effectively prioritise own claims portfolio and team responsibilities
• Act as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity and any questionable underwriting
• Deliver a consistently outstanding level of service to all parties involved
• Always adhere to company and regulatory policies and guidelines
