FNOL Claims Handler

Full time / Permanent

Monday-Friday 35 hours p/w (hybrid working)

Up to £25,000 DOE

MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a UK leading business based in the Hampshire area, we are looking for experienced motor claims handlers with 12+ months experience working in a similar role. Our client offer excellent progression opportunities with plenty of the senior team coming from this level.

Claims Handler skills:

• Basic knowledge of motor related claims and principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, both oral and written, including an excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
• Good organisation and time management skills with experience of diary management
• High attention to detail and accuracy of information
